I went to my GP a few weeks ago and broke down crying that I needed help and was offered a fat loss tablet and advised to join a slimming club. I came across Jamie's guide on Instagram at a time I really needed it and it felt like a sign. The guide has given me hope that I can finally overcome this problem. It is very easy to follow and I've enjoyed working through the practical elements which I've been able to translate into my day to day life. To even have someone acknowledge that binge eating is a real problem and not just a willpower/motivation issue felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders. I still have work to do but I feel this programme has given me the tools to overcome any challenges I face in the future.

Coming out of a decade of yo-yo dieting with Slimming World and WW, I knew I needed to make a more sustainable lifestyle change but felt totally lost as to how to do that without restricting. The information in the course is in-depth but digestible (forgive the pun...) and I finished it feeling empowered and energised to care for and fuel my body. The goal of this course is to support you through a linear journey of discovery and empowerment towards a life free from binge eating. It requires hard work and, at times, may be uncomfortable, but it is through hard work and in this discomfort that you will find true progress and achieve life changing results.
This course was designed with you in mind; it'll not only help you get to the root of why you binge eat but also allow you to pinpoint what triggers that in your day to day life, what you can do about it to reduce the frequency and severity of binge eating episodes and, overall, help you to reclaim back control and move towards food freedom and peace.
This course would definitely help and provide a lot of clarity for why these issues have developed as well as giving you practical tools to do something about them and move towards a life free from binge eating.
